Rigid Floors
Vehicles are generally built with uneven steel floors, which can make for an uncomfortable working area. We at Funtrail carry Legend Fleet Solutions’ rigid flooring products, which turn those awkward vehicle floors into safe, flat working areas. Legend Fleet Solutions has five types of rigid flooring:
- Stabiligrip: Dimensionally stable composite material
- HD Ultragrip: Composite HDPE plastic with rubberized TPO coating to prevent slipping
- HD Ultrafloor: Highly durable recycled HDPE plastic composite
- KK-Plus: 9-inch ply birch hardwood
- VFS: Plastic material combining the benefits of Ultragrip and KK-Plus
Rubber Mats
Legend Fleet Solutions offers three types of rubber mats, all engineered for durability and easy mobility. The rubber mat solutions offered at Funtrail prevent slipping, keeping employees and cargo safe. Products include:
- Automat Bar: 1/4” rubber mat impervious to water and resistant to chemicals
- Automat Hammer: Light duty 1/4” rubber mat that can work with a variety of cargo
- ArmorMat: Raised nylon-reinforced rubber mat
Interior Liners
Insulated van ceiling, door and wall liners are designed by Legend Fleet Solutions to protect the sides and roofs of fleet vehicles. By reducing damage to the vehicle interior, Funtrail can help you retain resale value, as well as maintain a professional appearance and reduce noise while traveling.
Sill Plates
Legend Fleet Solutions’ collection of sill plates are built to protect the floors at the side and rear entrances of cargo vans. These plates – aluminum plates for the doors and tops, and steel plates for transit doorway thresholds – also create a seamless finish between the van’s walls and ceiling.
Drawer Liners
Offering a solution for obnoxious rattling noises and damage to tools and equipment, the Legend Fleet Solutions drawer liners carried by Funtrail are 1/8″ thick processed rubber. They’re perfect for keeping smaller pieces of equipment safe and undamaged during travel.
A rigid floor eliminates the unevenness of the factory steel floor and creates a flat, safe working area. All Legend Fleet Solutions floors are precut to fit each fleet vehicle.
Stabiligrip
The industry’s only dimensionally-stable, composite rigid flooring. Using substantially improved durability and strength, Stabiligrip offers maximum efficiency and safety for technicians and the fleet vehicle. Its increased strength, fortified by glass fiber, creates an absolutely impact and puncture resistant floor to protect from damage. Built with the toughest proprietary blend of recycled products, its versatility can be used in a wide variety of applications. A fine texture gives high grip but smooth cargo loading with a COF of 8.7 compared to 2.4 industry average.
HD Ultragrip
This floor is constructed from a composite HDPE plastic with a rubberized TPO coating. If you are looking for an excellent anti-slip option, Ultragrip is a great place to start. Its non-porous characteristics ensure it will not absorb any form of liquid which helps eliminate the formation of both mold and bacteria.
Not only will Ultragrip preserve the interior flooring of your fleet, helping to increase their resale value, it is also easy to clean and safe for your technicians to work on.
HD UltraFloor
Corrosion-resistant, rigid 1/2″ thick 100% recycled plastic composite.
Extremely rigid floor is the most durable in its class. Long life, enduring extreme temperatures to avoid cracking and splitting. Non-porous surface is liquid resistant to eliminate bacteria and mold formation. Heavy-duty protection adds to end-of-lease resale value.
For use under the harshest conditions including forklift loading.
KK-Plus Floor
Phenolic resin textured top and bottom-coated 1/2” thick birch plywood.
Stable and durable in all weather conditions due to one-piece, low expansion/contraction construction. Dual texture coating stays safe and grippy for workers even when wet or oily.
For high-traffic areas where anti-slip is priority.

Automat Bar

Armormat
Nylon re-enforced, raised checker plate rubber.

Duratherm Wall Liners
DuraTherm Ceiling liners protect your ceiling, but also have dramatic effects in many other ways. A ceiling liner helps with sound deadening and plays a critical role in temperature control. The ceiling liner also provides a clean finished look that will make any mobile workplace more professional. Legend ceiling liners are made from our hardwearing DuraTherm plastic and are available in white and grey. A ceiling liner is an excellent way to protect your investment and provide a comfortable working environment.
Duratherm Wall Liners
Legend Fleet Solutions has recently added DuraTherm door liners to our product line up. These door liners are made from the same durable plastic (DuraTherm) as the wall liner and add extra protection, insulation and sound deadening in the vehicle The door liners protect the sheet metal or the glass in the window cavities from moving objects inside the van that could cause potential damage such as dents or broken windows. Available in white and grey in color, Legend has these door liners available for most cargo vans on the market.
